Information you choose to send
The website lets you prepare a project brief with your name, email, company, estimated quantity, product type and project details. The form does not silently submit or store that brief on this website. You choose whether to open your email application or WhatsApp with the brief filled in, and you confirm the message there before it is sent.
Do not include confidential artwork, payment information or other sensitive material until an appropriate way to share it has been agreed.
Email and WhatsApp
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, the chosen service provider processes the message under its own terms and privacy practices. Contact details and project information may be used to answer your inquiry, discuss sampling or production, and maintain relevant business correspondence.
Website operation
The hosting infrastructure may process basic technical information—such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and security logs—to deliver and protect the website. This current site does not include visitor accounts, payment checkout, advertising pixels or a separate on-site analytics system.
Retention and sharing
Business correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain project records or meet applicable obligations. Information is not offered for sale. It may be shared with service providers involved in communication, hosting or an agreed project when reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You can choose not to send the project brief, contact us with only the information needed for an initial discussion, or ask about correction or deletion of information previously provided. Requests can be sent to hello@customsilkscarffactory.com.
